Another presentation I gave a few weeks ago focused on myth busting. There’s unfortunately a ton of nutrition myths and misinformation making the world of nutrition very confusing. In this video I talk about some of the common misconceptions that I commonly hear about at work. While some of these are more focused on cancer, I also dive into non-dairy milks, eating after 7pm, and organic foods.
