Tonight is the last Carroll Cafe of the season, and my last time cooking for Carroll Cafe. It’s been a really fun run doing the cooking for the past two years, but I’m just not able to commit to the time it takes next year. I’ll be taking Organic Chemistry as well as working part-time, and my new living situation doesn’t have a working oven, so things are just stacked up against me committing three days a month to cooking for Carroll Cafe. It’s been an extremely fun and educational challenge, and I will definitely miss having a place to share 3 decadent treats a month.
So I hope you’ll come out tonight and support Carroll Cafe, and buy a treat.
